The Montecristo Espada is a 100% Nicaraguan puro — a bold departure from the brand's traditional Dominican heritage. Named after the Spanish word for sword, the Espada features a vintage 2010 Habano Jalapa wrapper grown on the same soil as some of Nicaragua's finest tobaccos. The result is a full-bodied, cedar-forward smoke with layers of earth, leather, and black pepper.
